Neither, your board supports AM2/AM2+. Those processors are FM2/FM2+. Look up AM2 or AM2+ socket processors to find what you can use.

For a 95w supported mobo and I use to own that mobo till it just died after six months.

This is the best that you can hope for that mobo, also yeah I owned that one back in 2009.
Yes amazon prime does ship to russia, but double check with the sellers to make sure they will do that.
You didn't specify which ram you are using, but use kingston or corsair for that mobo.
Anything else and you're asking for real problems when the memory starts to fail on this mobo.
