What do I do to remove Ubuntu from a dual boot system and keep only XP

When I bought my cpu it came with a dual OS ubuntu and xp pro. my total hard drive is 80Gigs, and I can't make ubuntu work. I do not want to reformat the cpu since I have 11Gigs of music plus a game or 2 that I can't find again if I do that, Plus I don't have an xp disk to work with. So how to I get rid of linux ubuntu? Please, I'm not a tech etc., so be as straight forward with any help you may be able to provide. Thank you.

You need to remove the Ubuntu partitions, and then rebuild the MBR boot loader for Windows XP, which you can't do (at least as far as I am aware) without the XP install media.

Where is your music, in Ubuntu, or Windows?
When you say Ubuntu isn't working, what is the problem with it?
