What is the difference between these two GPUs?

one is the duel fan model the other is the single fan model.

Appears to just be a cooling solution difference as Klep points out, the single fan one is also shorter which is nice. I guess the dual fan one being ten bucks more is the assumption people will pay a premium for it. I personally have a 6850 with the same single-fan design and it does a good job, albeit sometimes loudly.
