What is wrong with my Samsung Plasma FHD TV?

Samsung TV model PS50C550G1F (5 years old) it's not working anymore :-( looks like it's faulty, it has power but it won't turn on. By the looks, I would say it's a faulty component, but not sure. Power LED is lit and I can hear the power switch when I press the power button in the remote control, but that's all it does. Please help
