What program to use to clean up a pc in safe mode

Hi I have a laptop that is in good condition spec wise, but its infested with viruses. The 2nd u turn it on it just starts with pop ups and crazy stuff. What are good software to clean the stuff up in safe mode?

2)Combofix or DSS
