What's the best Graphics card for a 460W PSU?

Just as the title says "What's the best Graphics card for a 460W PSU?" My goal would be to upgrade my GPU without upgrading PSU. My budget is $200. Thanks in advance.
My specs:
Pc Model : Dell XPS 8300-4005NBK
CPU: Intel Core i5-2320 Quad-Core Processor 3.0 GHz
GPU: 1GB AMD Radeon HD 6450 Graphics
RAM: 6GB
Hard Drive: 1TB SATA Hard Drive
PSU: Dell XPS 8300 Mini-Tower 460 Watt Power Supply PSU (7P3WV H460AD-00)

I would say anything with a single 6-pin power connector, such as a GTX 960 or R9 270.
Would a R9 270x work despite the minimum wattage recommendation being 500 Watts? Whats the R9 270's minimum Wattage. I don't want anything too powerful that might fry my Computer, I would rather play it safe. By the way thanks for the quick response.

Probably, but I wouldn't want to risk it with a Dell OEM power supply. You never know when them things are going kaput.

When you mentioned the GTX 960 were referring to the 2gb edition or the 4gb edition? Just want to make sure.

I'd say 2GB for non-SLI and 4GB for SLI. But then that all depends on the monitor(s) resolution you are using. If you plan on gaming at high resolutions that will need 4GB VRAM, you would likely want more horsepower than a single GTX 960 can handle.

I would game on 1920x1080 monitor. After some research I found out that the R9 270 actually needs around 500 watts so that's no longer a option. So I need to choose between Radeon R7 260X or GeForce GTX 960. The R7 260x requires 450 watts and while the GTX 960 supposedly only requires 400 watts. At this point I think we can both agree I should get the GeForce GTX 960 2gb.
