What's the fastest way to reset iPads that are protected with a passcode?

I need to reset 300 iPads. Resetting them using Apple Configurator is quite fast (less than 30 seconds), but I don't know how to do it if the iPad is protected with a passcode.

Using dfu recovery mode with iTunes takes about 5 minutes or more. Is there a fast way to do it?
Can I do it with Apple Configurator?
