What's wrong with my TV

My TV will usually take more than 30
Minutes to turn on. The TVs standby light will flash blue and red and it will show the TVs logo on the screen, then it turns of on to standby and automaticity turns back on it will repeats this for around 30mins before it turns on. Does any one know what is wrong with it? Please help.
