When I open WindowsApp folder, it says i dont have permissions to open it

If a file is corrupt then we can do something about it, But if an entry is corrupt, then what can we do.
I am investigating picture 5.

Techspot is the best forum but I can't get the answer to open a folder
that seems to have permission problems. They may be busy.
