when I open WindowsApp folder, it says I don't have permissions to open WindowsApp folder. how to fix this problem .

Picture #5 fails to show your profile-name and that SHOULD have been the owner with full control

If a file is corrupt then we can do something about it, But if an entry is corrupt, then what can we do.

that seems to have permission problems. They may be busy.
