Where can i find these drivers? pci\ven_1814...

Unable to access internet. Desktop- windows 8.1 pro 64 bit AMD Athlon II x2 270 processor 3.40GHz
After running AVG scan, rec'd notice of network controller is missing drivers.
Wifi adapter shows good strong connection. Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Try a restore point. See if this helps. If not you should be able to download them from the computers support site. If this is a retail computer.
