The CPU has a dangerously high temperature - it's well over the maximum rating for that particular model (100 degrees Celsius). Given that it's a laptop chip and quite an old one at that, it's that the cooling system just isn't working properly.

It's possible the thermal paste between the heatsink and CPU has dried out; it could be that the fans have failed too, or the heatsink is blocked with dust. Either way, it needs a good service to fix that.
