Why can't I delete/edit old posts and threads?

  1. I think I've had my account on here since 2005 and have made a number of posts/threads since then, some of them including my full name. Is there any way of deleting posts/threads? If not, is there a way of editing these posts so at least my name isn't appearing in some...

    Thanks!

Hey there. Just checked your profile and you have a verified tier 2 account (internal thing, only know you have full permissions) which means you can edit and delete your posts without time limitations.

I just tried it myself using a local account we use for testing and indeed, it should work. You won't be able to delete entire threads (if you initiated the discussion), but you can always edit out the personal info or name on that post. PM or email me with links to those posts and I'll edit/delete them if you want.
