WiFi disabled after reformat

Hello. What happen my WiFi was disabled after reformat window 7 ultimate..?

Format? Do you mean a System Recovery back to factory specs?
Anyway, find the wifi adapter type and then find and download the drivers.
Like I have an Atheros AR5B93 Wireless Network Adapter and I keep
a copy of the driver on record.
