Wii U sales collapse continues as Nintendo reports third consecutive annual loss

I stopped reading here. PS4 is $400. R9 290 is $400+, i7's start at $200. Be realistic, then try again.

R9 290 performance at Q3-Q4 2015 in reality for an OEM maybe $150, $200 retail. Core i7 Mobile for an OEM with volumes in the millions $150-$200. So $300 there, say $100-$150 for memory, Motherboard, case, and so on. Nintendo eats $150+/- per unit (less than what Sony and MS had to absorb last gen.) So yeah, entirely doable.

hmm I just don't think I want to invest anymore into this. My dad's Wii crapped out after like having it for 6 months, Now its only used for Netflix lol.

Those Wii came with 1 year warranty and 1 year on parts. He could have sent it back to them and they would fix it our give him replacement one hand. Or pay $30 bucks to get it fixed after the 1 year is up. I had called in with issue they told me I couldn't get a black Wii all they had were red Wii.

But I had fixed the issue on my own. My issue was when you start playing the game it would flash and jump up and down. The problem was the PSU wasn't the correct one. I like how Amazon had sent me the wrong PSU for my model. Anyway got a free gift from Amazon and the correct PSU.

They did send it back. It got replaced. It worked fine for a while. Then it turned off and wouldn't turn back on. They had a CD stuck inside and they sent it back and got a new one again with a replacement CD. They just aren't built to last.

Cant forget Xbox one selling one console since december.
5million in 13 countries vs 7million in 72. mhmmm
Without data on the individual countries these statements are meaningless. For example Malta is a country around the size of the Isle of Wight which is part of the UK. Likewise the UK is much smaller than the USA.
