Hi all,
First post here so please be nice.
We have a Windows Server 2003 which is randomly giving a BSOD. I've looked through previous threads and seen similiar problems but would appreciate any second (3rd or 4th) opinions.
I've analysed the minidumps and have received the following output;
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
-----------------
Unable to load image a320raid.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for a320raid.sys
CURRENT_IRQL: 8
FAULTING_IP:
a320raid+d90e
SYMBOL_NAME: a320raid+d90e
FOLLOWUP_NAME: MachineOwner
MODULE_NAME: a320raid
IMAGE_NAME: a320raid.sys
DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 3f8f321a
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0xD1_a320raid+d90e
BUCKET_ID: 0xD1_a320raid+d90e
Followup: MachineOwner
To me this looks like a RAID problem, specifically the Adaptec Raid Card driver?
We have a C:\ which is a hardware raid (Adaptec RAID Controller) and a D:\ which is using Windows 2003 software RAID 5.
After a crash I logged on to the server and noticed the d:\ was resynching.
Any thoughts on where I should troubleshoot from here?
cheers,
Damien.
