Win7 dual boot

hi i recently put windows 7 on my laptop and now wen i start my laptop it asks if i want to boot windows 7 or vista how can i stop this asking as i have nothing of vista left and its just 1 of them little things that bugs me.
also my hardrive is partitioned 1 was a backup and i have formated it to leave it empty 4 just storage

In Windows 7, run msconfig and click the Boot tab in the System Configuration window. You should see both Windows 7 and Vista listed. Select Vista and delete it.
This should solve the problem
