Windows 10 Bug?

Since 1996 I have never had this issue: Connect network cable into RJ45. Link lights come on but no Internet. Now if the link lights did not come on I could understand. So I ran: netsh winsock reset, restart PC...back in business. I do not have adware, spyware or a virus and if I did, netsh winsock reset could have been needed. I have a PowerEdge T610, using a QLogic BCM5709C Gigabit NIC with the latest driver. OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit (maybe that's the cause?) It would not surprise me. Any suggestions?

Have you ever used your rj45 cable on others device or change rj45 connecto??
If don’t then you can try to change your connector.

If the problem was on your OS then you may contact directly Microsoft support Center.
