Windows 10 v1809 Stable Now?

Since the Windows 10 v1809 update and correction in November, have there been any further problems or is this now 'good to go'?

Just let windows update install it otherwise it will force install after a week or two has gone by.
I haven't had an issue since early october of last year so I recommend it..

The November release is stable. If upgrading from 7/8/8.1, a clean install is highly recommended.
