Windows 10 Windows Edge Start Page Photo

Hello. When turning on my PC I see a photograph appear for one second before the desktop appears. Sometimes the photos change. I would like to know where these photos are stored. Not only do I want to know where they are stored I also want to include one of my photos. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.
