If I buy a Windows 11 Pro key from TechSpot will it successfully upgrade my OEM copy (on an MSI PC) of W11 Home to Pro?

Yes, it will upgrade cleanly. Buying a Windows 11 Pro key will in-place upgrade an OEM Windows 11 Home install (including OEMs). No need to reinstall. Just go to Settings > System > Activation > Change product key, enter the Pro key, reboot, done.

OEM vs retail doesn’t matter for the upgrade, and the PC brand is irrelevant. If you ever reinstall, just make sure you install Windows 11 Pro.
