When I download intentional videos and documents my media player 12 will not display these videos, power point presentations or documents.
I receive messages "this operation requires elevation" or "no disc in driver or driver does not format" . This is a new computer and I do not understand what the problem is. I have researched and some say the administrator may be the problem, but that did not resolve problem.
