Windows 7 network connection issue

Im running windows 7 x64 and just today its started acting up a bit, whenever i boot up or reboot my pc when it loads into windows I cant get any internet at all, the connection shows as connected and gives the correct IP address etc etc however cant load any pages connect to msn messenger etc.

So if i disable the connection and enable it again everything then works as normal, anyone got any ideas? its a realtek PCI card and was working fine up until today.
