Windows 7 reinstall

Hello

Because it has been a few years and my computer has started to drop in performance I would like to do a complete reinstallation of Windows 7 64bit Professional edition. I was wondering, what is the best way to reinstall a fresh copy of windows 7 and because the installation is only one licence, will the reinstallation work?

Yeah, it will be fine to re-install, using your product key as supplied with the disc when you purchased it.

First I would suggest you backup any personal information that you will require once it has been reformatted..

Then you just insert the disc into the drive (you might need to select the disc to boot from a menu during start up), and then reboot the computer, to enter setup. Do a fresh installation of the operating system, making sure to format the hard disk during install.

That will being you back to a freshly formatted, clean installation of Windows 7.
