Solved Windows can no longer automatically update/webpages lag and crash

Issues have returned, and are worse than before. Antivirus program cannot find anything? - Random unresponsive scripts, flag appearing stating Windows cannot automatically check for updates, lagging, crashing, and now on start up a build screen? appeared, then laptop kept restarting, ending result in black screen and continuous beep until forced shut down. Was able to get into safe mode, Windows could not repair; system restore was unsuccessful for each check point I tried to go back to. Then all of a sudden computer restarted on its own, and loaded normally. Not sure what is going on, but I just got another unresponsive script warning with following:

"http://ajax.microsoft.com/ajax/jquery-1.11.0.min.js:2"
