Windows crash to blue screen

Hi there , I'm having a constant problem even when I changed my motherboard from EVGA to BIOSTAR,my computer restarts when im using any browser in the net, all the drivers are isnstalled everythings seems fine I did fresh copy to windows xp proffesional dark edition sp 3

Here is the error code :

stop 0x40000080 I would like to attach the dump files to help resolve the problem


P.S can't upoad the other dmp files hope this may help
