hey ... i've tried to make a system scan ...
but it stops scanning at 10%
and also Windows give me a warning
"ram memory reliability is extremely low. This problem may cause system failure"

what i have to do ?

but i also noticed that almost everything disappear in the desktop
... is it better if i use windows in safe mode , or not ?
or maybe i will have the same problems

Let's see, if we can look at your computer booting from an external source.

Please download OTLPE (filesize 120,9 MB)

  • When downloaded double click on OTLPENet.exe and make sure there is a blank CD in your CD drive. This will automatically create a bootable CD.
  • Reboot your system using the boot CD you just created.
    • Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps HERE
  • Your system should now display a REATOGO-X-PE desktop.
  • Depending on your type of internet connection, you should be able to get online as well so you can access this topic more easily.
  • Double-click on the OTLPE icon.
  • When asked Do you wish to load the remote registry, select Yes
  • When asked Do you wish to load remote user profile(s) for scanning, select Yes
  • Ensure the box Automatically Load All Remaining Users" is checked and press OK
  • OTL should now start.
  • Press Run Scan to start the scan.
  • When finished, the file will be saved in drive C:\OTL.txt
  • Copy this file to your USB drive if you do not have internet connection on this system
  • Please post the contents of the OTL.txt file in your reply.

i downaload OTLPENet.exe
and i put it on the desktop
and i doubnle clicked it
yes with a blank cd in the drive ...
is that right ?

cause it has created nothing and the cd is still empty

(for the internet connection i'm using another computer)

ops, i cant', there is no cd drive in this other computer ...
i can retry making the cd with the infected one ...
i've made something wrong before ?

at the end i did the cd from a normal computer ...
ok ..
now i have this problem
when i start from the cd with my pc ...
it appears a blu screen with
"a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer"
like this

Before all this started did you have any indications that your computer is infected?

See if you can fully boot another working computer with the CD you just created.
