Recently I noticed that downloads weren't working as they normally did, and in an effort to fix it I found out that my firewall had been tampered with and I could not change the settings. I looked into it and was attempting to come up with a suitable fix, but eventually I received the error reported above. I looked into other posts and have gotten as far as the farbar scan. Any help would be great!
