Inactive "Windows has encountered a critical error will restart in one minute"

Hi, my friend's computer came up with this error message and we followed the instructions on another thread which had exactly the same specifications as hers [https://www.techspot.com/community/...ical-error-will-restart-in-one-minute.184335/] (downloading FRST64 etc) up until it said this: "This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system"
Should have read the whole thread before trying anything but oh well. I'll post the logs on a comment, there's not enough character space on this.

Would be very very grateful if you could help and tell us what to do next! We are living abroad and our accomodation doesn't have internet so sorry if replying is a bit sporadic!

If a log or logs exceed the limit for one reply, you may use more than one reply. The above rule will be strictly enforced. Pasted logs can be handled easier and faster by malware helpers.
