Windows Live Movie Maker shows Fraps videos as corrupt

When I open the videos I record in Fraps in Movie Maker, it says that some of the videos are corrupt. However, they work fine in Windows Media Player, and are not shown as corrupt when opened individually. Only the last section of the videos are displayed as corrupt. Is it because WMM can't handle the large amount of files? (120gb) I record in 1080p, 91 fps with audio. I was recording in CSS.
I am using Windows 7 64bit
