Solved Windows reguires autentication at log in

Hello, AVG detected a virus this morning that I had moved to the vault and was promted to reboot now windos is requiring that I autenticate my copy of windows but it does not look like a windows message. I'm not sure I want to authenticate my copy using this window that pops up I'm pretty sure it has something to do with what was detected. Has anyone encountered this? Correction....Sorry I meant activate not authenticate.

Ok, this is now resolved. I phoned windows support for a new key although I'm not sure why it needed to be re-activated.
