Windows Suppress OK Message Problem

Ok, I have been working on a proxy server for quite some time. I ended up with using CCProxy on a Windows Server. I am running into a problem where the program shuts down intermittenly without warning. I am unsure of the cause of why it shuts down, but I have devised a work around.

My plan is to create a scheduled task to run a batch file that will run the program. I want to run the program every 10-15 minutes so that there will be minimum downtime if it does shut down. The only problem that I have is that when I run the batch, there is a pop up that states that there is an instance of the CCProxy currently running. This will just kill the performance of the server, so I need to suppress the window somehow. If anyone can show me, I will really appreciate it. Thanks.
