Windows XP Pro BSOD's, seemingly random

Hi,

I'm having BSOD's quite regularly now, and wondering what it is. I'm hoping it's not my CPU. I cant pin it down to a certain application, it seems quite random. I've attached some minidumps. I appreciate any possible replies are out of the goodness of the contributers heart, so I dont mind how brief the answers are, I'd just love even the smallest clue as to what the problem might be.
