Windows XP Pro licenses? Must buy?

I searched all over the net and I cannot find an answer to my question. Is Microsoft still charging for XP licensing??? I'm trying to install XP in one of my labs (they currently run 2000) but I dont want to get in trouble if I need licensing. How exactly does the licensing work....does microsoft actually charge for a license of Windows ME or Windows 95?? Thank you guys in advance.

Windows ME or Windows 95 are now not supported or sold by MS, I highly suspect XP will stop selling soon too
