Inactive Winxp user new to hi-jack this can some one help?

Hey all,
Well my systems running like a turtle and I used to think ide be alright fixing it up myself but its just starting to anoy me. So heres my cry for help I just dled the hijack this and got the file. Besides reconizing a few things which I know arnt issues im not sure why its slow can some one help me?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
