Wired Connection To A Mac

I am about to go into training for a new work from home job. They don’t allow the connection to the computer to be done via WiFi so you have to have a Ethernet connected to your source of internet . My Cox provided WiFi is located in my living room but I need wired connection in my bedroom. What do I need to add because having a 50+ft Ethernet cable running through the halls is not a option.

Look for an EoP extender (Ethernet over Power). One device attaches to your router and plugs into wall AC outlet. Other device goes into any wall outlet you choose. See

Your easiest solution would probably be a ethernet over power device. There are a lot of choices.

Is there a connection for the Mac computer to be connected via Ethernet cable

I’m not sure the computer is being sent through my employer it shouldn’t be nothing to out of date
