hi! i have a weird problem. my wireless card (trendnet tew-423pi) drops signal and then stops connecting at all when i start running games or video. i have windows xp, and i have turned off the energy saving option. also the card wouldn't have worked without its own driver or utility. i am using the open wireless line of the condominium and there are no interferences with the signal. (its on the maximum signal strength).
the weird thing is its not loosing the signal immediately. i watch on the download from web. 200 kb/s (Mozilla) and then i turned on divix player. few seconds later the download speed started to drop down, within a minute it was at 0, and then the package data just stopped arriving.
with games its even worse: once it starts running, my connection drops, and utility starts to acquire ip address...
have no idea which device or software is causing this problem. any suggestions? solutions? advises? :-D
