Wndows 7 Wifi not working

Hello All,

I am using laptop with windows 7. It is not detecting my home wifi connection , However it is showing other nearby wifi connection.

In other PC and my Mobile device wifi connection is working properly.

Can someone please help me to resolve this issue.

For the WiFi router in your dwelling is it on? Turn it off an on. See if that works for you.

#tipstir I tried to restart router many a times but it didnt work in laptop. However wifi is working on other laptops without any issue. Please help!

Remove the WiFi Driver from Windows 7 but don't delete it. Reboot the laptop and this will allow Windows to re-install the driver. If that doesn't work go to the manufacturer web site and get the latest driver. When doing so uninstall prior driver but delete driver this time. Reboot then install the down loaded WiFi driver.
