Okay, so I have an xbox 360 e controller. I connected it to my pc using the orig controller-usb plug. it lights up but it doesn't get detected in "game controllers".
I looked up in device manager and it was there but it showed under the Xbox 360 Peripherals category as an "Xbox 360 Wireless Controller via Play & Charge Kit". idk why it shows as a wireless cuz it is definitely connected with a wire. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
when I plug it in and press the xbox logo the 4 rings light up and blinks at varying speeds
I followed the instructions here but to no avail.
