So i downloaded corel painter, tried to crack the keygen didnt work, i noticed my C drive only had 600mb of room, i cleaned the disk it said it had about 200,000kbs to free then i clicked ok, turned my head and looked back and it was a blue screen, I cant boot in any mode, i did take out my Hard Drive hooked it up to an external HD housing and can access it that way.. and i do not have a windows installation cd to boot :( ...any help??

Safest thing to do after a possible virus infection (which you probably got from the keygen) is to boot from the Windows CD and reinstall Windows.

thats the thing i dont have the windows cd :/ i bought my comp from a friend a while back..
i do have access to my hard drive though from my external housing hooked up to my little brothers comp, is there any way to work on it this way???

Sorry missed the part where you said you didn't have the Windows CD. What about Ubuntu? Give it a try, it's free and loaded with features and if you need to run a few Windows programs you can install Wine in Ubuntu and run Windows programs. Download the iso, burn it to a cd and boot your computer from the cd. Follow the instructions on the screen to install. Pretty easy to do really.
