XP Pro Slow Startup at Security Center Tray Icon

I've got something going on that I am curious about. My XP Pro boots very quickly until (I think) it gets to where it is loading the security center tray icon. Then it seems to stop for about 30 seconds, then all of a sudden the shield tray icon appears and a couple more after it.

Anyone encountered this, and is there anything that can be done?

Never mind - found the culprit. Nvidia control panel applet problem. Disable it. Now my SSD's load my XP in the blink of an eye and all tray icons appear so fast it's crazy.
