Inactive Youiqex.exe make 100% cpu usage task manager HELP!

Please help me,
my cpu making shortcut at any usb portable device and make all files hidden..
and my cpu become heavy coz of CPU usage 100 % and the one take processes with
the most high % is youiqex.exe
when i try to end prosses.. nothing happen.. Hiks.. please help me..

The process you mention, youiqex.exe is part of the Trojan.Agent/Gen-FakeAlert.
