First, we (The U.S.) is not a democracy, we are a Democratic Republic, which means that laws are what controls the U.S. not mobs. A real democracy is akin to mob rule. I am glad we are not a democracy, yes we have elections and the people vote for what they feel is the right choice for them, however; there is a complete switch from free thought and free will to a control of thoughts and control of will. Media in the U.S. is strongly pushing thought and feeling to a culture that is already undecided to where it truly stands, this is what is the real issue. Some people here are still of the belief that there should be small government, lower taxes, and more personal responsibility! It is not the governments responsibility to take care of people, it is to protect the laws, protect the country, and allow its citizens to be free to pursue happiness. Not to give it to them! As I recall, republicans wanted democrats, at the time of writing the affordable care act, to scrap everything they had already done and "start over". With a demand like that, I do not blame democrats for not wanting to do so. How many years had healthcare been debated in congress before that and republicans wanted to, in essence, add who knows how much time to the process, and given republican efforts at dismantling the affordable care act, IMO, it is certainly debatable whether republicans want any sort of national health care law. Certainly, Trump has been promising a really really nice health care plan since he took office. IMO, that should be called "Trump vapor care" or Trump Kool-aide care.

And since Georgia, like most states, has no real process for verifying ballots (it is actually illegal to verify the signature on a ballot against the voter registration card), the only reason these 1,000 people were caught was that they were actually stupid enough to use their own name twice.

In a free state, all people have a right to their day in court. Would you like a list of all the Democrats who have gone to court over election-related matters? I'm not sure if this forum software can handle a post that long, but if you wish, I will try.
