We've seen some pretty slick video game-inspired gadgets brought to life in recent memory. This timely depiction of Fallout 4's flaming sword, the Shishkebab, ranks among the best yet.

Constructed in just five days by Make's Caleb Kraft and artist Ryan (better known as Platinumfungi), the real-life Shishkebab deviates ever-so-slightly from its in-game counterpart. The duo ditched the fuel canister, for example, due to time constraints and reworked some of the piping because it simply "didn't make any sense."

As an added bonus, they also put together a costume, created some background props and even built a Pip-Boy (the latter feat in less than an hour).
