I have to give Samsung props for a very clever, though once again exclusive, software trick. From inside any audio app on your Galaxy phone, you can swipe down to get to the volume control. Long-press on the volume slider and you’ll be given three options: 360 Audio, EQ setting, and loudness normalization. They’re the same options from the Wear app, but your preferences will be assigned to the app you’re using.

As for how the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE sound, I found these earbuds a pleasant listening experience. It's not pulling up trees here, but they should sound perfectly fine for most users. The soundstage is decent with good separation, the bass has sufficient punch but isn't overly strong, while the vocals are clear. Feature-rich or not, the Galaxy Buds 3 FE are still nice-sounding buds at a fairly affordable price. I think Samsung has room to improve in the ANC department, though, and if you’re looking for the most of anything, going FE just isn’t the way. But if you like Samsung’s Galaxy products and you’re more focused on quality sound over anything else, these might be your pick without costing too much.
