On the other hand, because of its display, it can’t be really used for anything more than that. At least the battery should last you through an entire workday.

Acer managed to squeeze a powerful Tiger Lake implementation into an affordable product here, and as a result, this Swift 3 SF314-59 performs very well in all kinds of tasks, including demanding loads and games. The affordable pricing, sturdy build quality, good IO, and fine display are also on its side, but the high thermals, poor audio, and shabby typing experience might steer some of you away, if the final product ends-up the same as this review unit test here.

Acer's 14-incher is affordable, yet it does everything most would want from a truly mobile laptop: Long battery life, a great display, quality, sufficient ports, light weight, and low noise and heat emissions.
