Asus ZenBook A14 - 2026

The 2026 refresh of the Asus Zenbook A14 brings compeling Snapdragon X2 Elite hardware to a lightweight 14-inch chassis that weighs about 1 kilo. It's a solid performer when needed, especially on the CPU side, and it can run quietly, cooly and efficiently when that's required instead. But the Elite hardware is expensive, and push this Zenbook to a level where many might find it difficult to justify. Hopefully a more affordable mid-specced variation will be available as well later in the year.

The updated Asus Zenbook A14 is once again a very portable 14-inch laptop with ling battery runtimes, but the addition of the new Snapdragon X2 Elite processor elevates the overall performance to a completely new level. It offers more CPU performance than any other direct rival with Intel or AMD chips, even when you use the barely audible Whisper model. The GPU performance is also very good and it is very efficient. The 1200p OLED is still limited to 60 Hz, but still offers very good image quality.
