Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x100000c5 (0x00000004, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x805505a1). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini100605-06.dmp.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Bugcheck C5 is usuallly caused by faulty ram. Zip 5 to 6 minidumps to a zip file and attach it here. Techspot has an upper limit of 100K per attachment. I will study the dump and find out the culprit. You can find the minidumps at the folder \windows\minidumps

You can run memtest to stress the ram. If memtest reports the ram is faulty, ram is bad. However Memtest is not a perfect tool to test the memory as some faulty can pass memtest.

Suggestion
1. Check the temperature of the CPU and make sure that it is not overheat (ie temperature < 60C)
2. Reseat the memory stick to another memory slot
3. Downclock the ram
4. Clean the dust inside the computer case
5. Make sure that the ram is compatible to the motherboard
If it still crashes, diagnostic which memory stick is faulty
1. Take out one memory stick. If windows does not crash, the removed memory stick is faulty.
2. If you have only one memory stick, replace the ram

Here is my minidump 1 of 2

Attached please find my minidump. In the meantime I have cleaned all the dust from the inside of my machine and will wait and see if that helps.

HI LeTecher,

The culprit is ZoneAllarm. De-install ZoneAlarm will resolve the blue screen problem.

Thank You!!!!!
