Why does my PC randomly restart itself?

Every few days my PC randomly restarts itself. When I look-up my system errors under Event Viewer, the following error is displayed:

I've tried researching how to resolve this, but have unable to find an example of someone with the exact same issue. I'm not too technically inclined, but I'd really appreciate a response.

Could be caused by a failing power supply. What are the complete specs of this computer?

Hard Drive: 200 GB

ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series
(512.0 MB memory)

I don't know if that's what you're looking for. This is the first time I've been asked to give Specs.
I've had a new Power Supply since November (2013). Strange thing is, it only restarts 5-10 minutes after booting into Windows. If it doesn't restart within that time, then I don't get any problems. It also only occurs once every 3-5 days +-.

No particular reason I guess. I have two other computers which have the same installed, & I had not problems with them. My last OS reinstall was last year.

You should run Windows Update until no more updates are found. It is important to do this before April 14, when MS will stop support for XP. Please note there are almost 200 updates after you install SP3. These updates may fix your problem...
