New PSU?

Hello, I was thinking about getting a new graphics card but I found out I would have to get a new, better PSU.

My current PSU is

My computer specifications are here.

The PSU might be around 400w to 500w

I was thinking about getting a GTS 450 or a GTX 550 Ti.

What exactly does that mean?

If I were you, I would not trust it to run either of those cards.

OH, sounds like its handled then, unless he just went ahead and bought one of the cards anyway and is now quickly on his way to hearing a quick pop and sizzle.

Nope didn't buy the cards. I am intending light gaming, i.e. assassin's creed brotherhood.
