New PC but without Dolby sound

I have a new pc from pcspecialist which has a ASUS TUF gaming B850 plus wifi motherboard, unfortunately there is no spdif digital output for sound so I can connect my z5500 speakers and enjoy dolby sound. There is a 3090 graphics card installed with hdmi outputs, which of course support Dolby. Is there any way I can use the hdmi port to supply sound to my speakers? I was thinking of and adapter of sorts but not sure if there is one available.
Have you any suggestions for me?
